Where are you based?

We are based in the UK :)

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide - if you are unable to check out from your location please send us a message and we will sort that out for you!

How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days! It is often a much shorter time than this but some items (like embroidered things) are made to order and therefore take a bit longer. After it has left us your order is in the hands of the postal gods - Royal Mail estimate 1 day for UK orders and 5-7 days for international but that is a very optimistic estimate!

What is your refund policy?

Do you do commissions?

I do, but I only release slots very rarely, make sure to follow me on instagram to hear the latest updates of available slots.
