Refund policy

We only offer returns on products if they are defective, damaged or if the wrong item is received. If this is the case please get in contact with us as soon as possible.

If you would like to replace an item for one of the same value we are happy to do this once we have received the original item back to us. Let us know if you have ordered apparel and would like a different size and we will help you sort it out.

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so if you would like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel it for you. If your order has already been sent then we are unable to cancel it. If you send back the unwanted order we will happily refund you the cost of the order (minus postage) once it has been returned to us. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
