Shipping policy

Please note our shipping policies before you place an order:

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days! It is often a much shorter time than this but some items (like embroidered things) are made to order and therefore take a bit longer.

Once we have sent an order out we are no longer responsible for it and will not be able to resend or refund UNLESS you have chosen 'tracked' delivery at checkout. Unfortunately we have had too many dishonest people receiving prints and then getting refunds, so we are sorry about these measures. 

If you have given us the wrong address please contact us immediately so we can remedy this. If your order has already been sent we will only be able to resend the item once we have received the original one back. In this instance, I would probably be quicker to place a new order with the correct address.

We will give you a shipping estimate but as it is just an estimate we cannot guarantee it will be delivered in that time. We strive to always meet our processing times, and will update customers if they change, however the speed in which the parcel travels through the postal system is completely out of our hands. For extra reassurance about shipping times we would highly recommend choosing tracked shipping as you will be able to see your order's journey yourself.

We are not responsible for any customs/duty fees that your parcel may require when purchasing outside the UK. 

If a delivery is attempted by your postal service and the parcel is returned to us we will issue a refund (minus the postage costs) to you.
